Boudreau, Igo, Hirth, Charland Snap the Whip

Brian Boudreau continued his hot streak in the 250cc youth class, while Brandon Igo took down a nail biter in 270cc class. Ricci Hirth took down his first win in the 600cc class, and Ryan Charland bested a strong field of Dwarf cars.

In the 250 cc Youth Sprints, Brian Boudreau in the Capone's Pool Water machine continued his red hot streak, as he is challenging some of the runs that William Wall had earlier in the year. Boudreau took the lead at the halfway point and went on to fight off a hard charging Matt Gallo who had his best run of the year to finish second. Boudreau and Gallo were followed by Brian Hurd, Mike King, Joe Gaudiosi, Ryan Bigelow, Brian Rondeau, Justin Phillips, Stephanie Doty, Joe Chamgagne.

In the 270 cc class, Phil Bessette jumped out into the lead early on in the feature from his third starting position. Bessette continued to lead for the majority of the feature and hold off a hard charging Brandon Igo through a number of restarts. A restart with four laps to go would set up a duel between Bessette and the young lion, Igo. With one lap to go, Bessette appeared to bobble coming off of turn four, and Igo was there to capitalize. Igo went on to win over Bessette, Chase Bennett, Aaron Wall, Wade Mattesen, John Agor, Brooks Bennett, Joseph Welch, Mark Irving, Michael Chmura, Bryan Russo, James Mowel, Robert Rondeau, Nichole Morgillo, Glen Clark, Richard Crooker, Lex Burritt, John Morgillo, Sam Christie, Rich Shepard.

In the 600 cc division, Ricci Hirth jumped out into an early lead and absolutely dominated the feature event, giving the Griswold Motorsports team their first ever win at Whip City. Hirth defended a strong field of competition as he bested Jay Coppo, Chad Gaudiosi, Mitch Griswold, David Bodio, Jim DeCambra, Jeff Amaral, David Johnson, Andrew Narducci, Patrick Broderick, Brandon Artibani, Jack Arute, LouLou Johnson, Greg Smith, Mark Irving, Ryan Preece, Brett Mancieri and Jody Tripp.

In the 750 cc division, Anthony Montesi continues to dominate. Montesi has won multiple feature events this year, and went on to extend his divisional points lead as he took down the feature win over Jon Moore, Marc Guerard, John Lieto, Richard Gemme, Jon Walts, Jack Walts, Joseph Kalk, Paul Bigelow, Scott Bigelow, Jamie Beaudry, Josh Walts, Tom Richard, Josh Webb, Chet Hinkle, Patrick Kuerner, Terri Lemelin, Mindy Neron, Jason Wood.

In the Modified Lites, Ryan Charland held off a strong field of competitors as he bolted into the lead at around the halfway point in the feature event. Charland went on to defend on a number of restarts as he bested Ryan Nicewicz, Alan Provost, Thomas O'Malley, John Durst, Joseph Anselmo, Brett Crowther, Stephen Travinski, Scott Viets, Mark Lataille, Brian Peterson, Peter Sorrentino, Roy Bacon, Ray Charland, Christopher Travinski, Russ Anderson, Ralph Cook, Eric Bacon, Sean O'Brien.

In the 1200 cc division, Glenn Pressel continues to run strong as he took down his fourth feature win of the year. Pressel took the lead early in the feature and never looked back as he took down the win over Paul Corazzo Jr who took over the points lead once again over John Lieto. Pressel and Corazzo Jr. crossed the line over Robert Dance, Ed Baillargeon, Mike Emhoff, John Lieto, John McKennedy, Paul Corazzo Sr, Tim Smythe, Matthew Pravia, Dennis Lamke, Jeff Lamothe, Duby Woodruff, Daniel Lampron, Ed Adametz, Joel Gamache, Ken Hinckley, Patrick Kuerner, Larry Ash, Kevin Dumigan, Jeffrey
Hassan.

In the 750 cc Sportsman division, Kyle Spencer took down the win over Arthur LeBlanc, Robert Korner, Jack Fogarty, Jack Arute, Riki Likowski, Mike Fogarty, Jack McKeon, Rob Girard, John Cole, Kristen Phillips. In the Quad 4 portion, Anthony Montesi bested Kelly Ferrell and Ron Bunn.
